Shipping, Returns, and Refunds policy

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase from SapeloSkinCare.com, we will happily provide a refund for merchandise returned within 30 days of the ship date. (We apologize but shipping fees, if any are incurred, may not be refunded.) Also, in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will assist you in returning and replacing your products. Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received. The refund should appear soon after we have received the returned product.
We are unable to accept the return of Sapelo Skin Care products purchased from our retail partners. Please contact their appropriate customer service center for all requests.
